PlugAndPlink is a device for teaching piano over the Internet. If the teacher and pupil each have a digital piano then notes played on either piano sound on both pianos. Lights show on your keyboard corresponding to notes played on the remote keyboard. The benefit is that the pupil does not have to keep looking away at a phone or tablet to see the teacher's piano.
I first came up with the idea for PlugAndPlink when I was trying to teach piano to my daughter remotely. I quickly realised that it was difficult to set up phone screens and cameras to make it all work.

Absolutely. I can add a version to Keysnake (plugandplink.com) which will break the song down to pitch/rhythm of melody/bass/ensemble.

Hi. Thank you for your interesting question. I experiment with many songs to see if I can get the central part which everyone recognises to sound good. If there seems like there could be something worth persuing in the song then over a few months I just play it in among a random mix of other songs I have in various states of development. I tweak the arrangement of each song each time I play it.

I believe if my memory serves me well it was composed by Ed Welch and is called Quiz Wizard. The show itself was made in the wonderful city of Nottingham.

@@paulwwellsblockbusters is one of my favourite Quizshows with the chase. When i was in secondary school we had to write to a celebrity to find out what their favourite book was(i think) i wrote to Bob and got a reply back from him.

Brilliant Paul. That old EJ piano at St Pancras station has some real dodgy keys up the ends. You do a good job to avoid them. I love getting to London and having a bash on that piano. I always churn out Elton's classics as a big tribute to all his wonderful music. Many thanks Paul, this has cheered me up.
